I'm trying to picture warmer days since we keep getting mounds of snow. But since I can't find the sunshine today, here's some of my cheery plants indoors.
They make me smile.
Olive Caper Relish
~adapted from Gourmet Magazine, March 2003
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Don’t puree.
So yummy!! I put it on salads or eat it on bread or crackers with cheese.
